December 21st started off like any Friday that I have a wedding. I gathered my gear, made sure everything was charged and set to go. I headed out the door, and grabbed Sarah on the way out of town and we headed to a beautiful Catholic Church in New London. We arrived and Miranda, Mindy and her mother were just arriving. I had just shot Mindy’s wedding in October, and I was SO thrilled to be able to see this family again! They were filled with excitement, and such love! I told them so many things I loved about this wedding!
- It was a winter wedding
- 4 days til CHRISTMAS
- IT WAS A FRIDAY WEDDING! <3
- I got to see this family AGAIN! (Even better 🙂 )
So, to say the least I was SO excited to be a part of this wedding! 🙂 I was also thrilled to be able to work with a videographer! Forever Young Films was incredible to work with, and they were SO nice! yes! Anyways, fast forward to the wedding day!!
We started getting Miranda into her dress, and earlier on she had decided to not have a bridal party. I didn’t know prior, but I was THRILLED about this! (think SO much portrait time!!!!) We had so much time for portraits before and after (thank you FIRST LOOK!) But, this day was so much fun, and so intimate. I love huge weddings, but I could honestly get used to more and more intimate weddings like this one!
Thank you so much Miranda and Micheal for allowing me to be a part of your beautiful wedding day!!
