I can’t even believe how fast time flies by. I was talking to Carley a few weeks prior to her wedding, and I thought to myself, “How in the world is it almost May 18th?” I always tell my my brides, and anyone who inquires with me…. just soak it up. Soak up every second of the engagement season because it FLIES by.
Carley, Mike and I met at their engagement session (which is still one of my favorites!) and we had so much fun! It was a gorgeous sunny day, and the sun just shined SO bright. Little did we know that their May wedding would end up being 43 degrees and that we would be capturing SNOW in the back round at Rib Mountain State Park!
Carley and Mike can be described as super sweet, and very fun to be around! From the beginning, I could just tell Mike was an “all in” kinda groom. He was up for anything! He absolutely adored Carley and It shows so clearly in their photos! Carley is just a GEM. Purely just all smiles and just is there to grace everyone’s presence! To say the least, they are so incredible to work with!!
May 18th came and went by oh too quick, but it reminds me over and over how important this job of being a wedding photographer is! I have the true honor of capturing someone’s perfect day. This day only comes ONCE in their life, hopefully. I know its something I can never take lightly!
Carley and Mike, thank you both SO much for giving me the honor to be their on your perfect day!!! I love you two, and hope you just never get past the honeymoon stage! <3
