I know exactly what you are thinking… I thought you were at the hospital having your baby? Well, yes you are right.. haha! I really really wanted to finish this gorgeous wedding so I’ve been booking it over the past few days to edit them! This morning when I came in, I had about 3 more sections left to actually edit. I just figured I would take time in the next few weeks and finish them slowly BUT while my baby was kicking out contractions, my wonderful husband went through and finished editing the last bit! WOW! Talk about I got a good one! 😉 Anyways.. I am so thankful I’m able to post this blog finally, and share about a gorgeous wedding that we just did on Friday!! So Exciting!
This was my first wedding at the BEAUTIFUL Hiedel House, in Greenlake, WI! This was also my first wedding with the sun going down at Wisconsin time (4pm: ahh!).
Not only was it starting to get dark, but it was sleeting/raining outside. Normally, for a natural light photographer, this would have been nightmare, but that TOTALLY wasn’t the case. Alex and Brittany are probably one of the most easy going couples I have ever worked with and their sweet and gentle personalities made everything about their day flow beautifully! The fun thing about Alex and Brittany is that I feel like I’ve known them forever! We met for a their engagement session and just totally clicked! It’s such an honor to be able to come to a wedding and actually feel like long time friends. I loved it!
Brittany and Alex, your love for your families and for one another is contagious and it was SUCH an privilege to be a part of your big day! I wish you the very best as your start your new life together! Hope you are having a blast on your honeymoon!
Stunning!!!
